I had applied for PAN and received PAN number but have not received the PAN Card?

Apply in the form for 'Request For New PAN Card Or/ And Changes In PAN Data' at any IT PAN Service Center or TIN Facilitation Center quoting the PAN allotted to you.

PAN NUMBER Alloted and despatched but my card not received

I Have not received my PAN CARD. what these PAN CARD Details suggest did it mean my pan delivered to my Address which i have specified in the Application. If so, Ididnt i get my PAN Card. Please respond me in my mail id sandhya.k010@gmail.com. whats the status of my card and what should i do?

Not sure which browser you're using. I would guess Safari since you use a Mac. In which case, click on the "Safari" pull-down menu at the top. Select "Empty Cache...". I am applying for pan card on dated 08/04/2009 . i am also mail your PAN centre e-mail id utitsl.gsd@utitsl.co.in . They reply me to contact at jodhpur IT center . I am also contact by telephonically to jodhpur IT centre . But i am not received my PAN Card. My pan card No. is APDPA7710F
and my contact no.is 09024055650.
