Regarding Refund of over Tax paid amount

I received a letter from CPC Bangalore regarding my refund amount as i am not present in the address refund is not issued...here i shifted my house to other location,not present in the address as i mentioned in ITR while e-filling...so CPC has asked me to update the present location in PAN Master atabase in www.tin-nsdl.com...i visited this site but i didn't understand or know the procedure to update my address in the site.

can you please tell me how to update my present address in the www.tin-nsdl.com and also tell me why IT dept did not directly deposit refund amount to my bank account where i had given my correct account number & MICR code?

I had my e-filed my income tax for AY 2009-2010. Now the refund status onlines says "Refund cheque returned undelivered by the postal department as the assessee has shifted ". My PAN number is AMGPA4897D. Kindly advice me how to proceed to get the refunds.

NON REFUND OF IT RETURNS FOR YEAR 2008 09

My PAN No is ABOPN7101N. My returns for year 2008 09 is due for payment to me. I received an intimation saying that I had to pay more than 2Lac to Govt rather than paying my returns to me – This was obviously because of wrong calculations of CPC. After that I submitted letter for rectification. Nobody is able to tell me the correct status. Everytime I call up they say that it will take another 6 months. Now the new problem is that I am getting transferred to another place. Tell me what is to be done. My contact number is 9035020006. Can somebody help me?

CPC processing calculation incorrect.

Hi,

I recently got email from IT office that my IT return processing for A.Y 2011-12 has been complete and I need to pay 1027 to IT deptt.

The form details provided by IT dept are not correct for TDS value.
My TDS value in my Form 16 and form 26AS are RS. 27602 but the amount mentioned in CPC processing sheet is Rs. 26575; which ic incorrect and due to which tax payable amount is coming up.

Please advise; what shoudl I do?

NON RECEIPT OF INCOME TAX REFUND FOR A.Y.2009-10

NON RECEIPT OF INCOME TAX REFUND

I have E-filed my Income Tax return for A.Y.2009-10 and the Processing Status of the same is Return Processed on 04/07/2010 and Refund Processed and sent to Refund Banker. This information is available with my PAN Number registered with Income tax Department for E-Filing. However, I do not have any other information that how much refund is issued to me and if issued by which mode. Whether through Direct Credit to my account or by Paper Cheque.

For above processing status I have not received any communication from the ITD-CPC BANGALORE SO FAR. EVEN MY BANKER SBI DOES NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE INCOME TAX REFUND TILL DATE 14/08/2010.

While filing my return I have marked my refund to be received by me Directly to my Bank Account while providing Account Number and banker MICR Code.

non-receipt of tax refund

I had filded returns for the year assessment years 2007-2008 2008-09 (together) in the finacial year 2008-10, 2009-2010. I have not received by refunds yet. I am a self-employed professional (LIC agent) and I draw my income as commissions. I checked with the auditor who filed, who says he has filed it electronically and submitted at bellary road department. However, they say they take in only salaried people's returns. Please tell me where to check one for the status of the refund.

I received the Income tax intimation statement letter from your office on 29/04/2010. In the filing of the returns for the aforementioned period, I have mentioned Rs. 1,50,000(One Lakh Fifty Thousand) as the Interest amount paid on my Home Loan.

In your letter, it was not considered but instead above the amount of Rs. 1,50,000 is stated as Income from House property and accordingly the tax amount due is calculated.

I am herewith attaching all the supporting documents for your information. Hence, I kindly request you to rectify the same.
