my client has following unabsorbed dep and unabsorbed business lossess A.Y 02/03 UD Rs. 75.00 lacs and UBL Rs. 50.00 lacs during the c.y. & AY 03-04 UD was Rs. 25.00 lacs & UBL was Rs. 40.00 lacs during the A.Y.10-11 total income is Rs. 70.00 lacs so how to take s/off and how to show in itr becasue itr is not having separeate column for unabsorbed lossess B/F.

One of my client had got/purchased a one storeyed Building since 1984.In the Financial year 2010-11, he entered into an agreement with a builder for erecting a FIVE storey building.Original building was abolished by builder.All the erection charges were paid by builder and in lieu of that Builder was entitled to get Two floors/storey.Property in Land was not transfered to the builder.My client was also paid cash of Rs.5000000/- And client has purchased another residential property for Rs. 50Laks .Sir I want to know Whether there would be capital gain tax arise. IF yes , how will we calculate capital gain tax ?
Mr.A has a Flat in MUMBAI plus some land in urban area KERALA. He wants to dispose of the land in KERALA and want to go for a second flat in MUMBAI wiyh the proceeds.

I HAVE A FLAT IN MY NAME WITH BANK LOAN UNPAID PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OR RS 4.65 LACS. I AM GOING TO PURCHASE A NEW FLAT THAT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED AFTER 2 YEARS BY SELLING MY EXISTING FLAT THIS YEAR AND WILL BE STAY IN A RENTED HOUSE TILL COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION. I HAVE PAID AN ADVANCE OF RS 10 LACS BY PERSONAL LOAN THAT WILL BE REPAID FROM SALE OF FLAT.

1. Do i require any documents to be collected from Amway India Enterprises.
2. Will it be possible to start any other business like training in that same firm.
3. My self and my wife are partners.
I bought a house with 11.25 lacs homeloan in March 2006. I fully paid up the loan 6 months back.
Now(July 2010) I am selling this house accepting 12.00 lacs cheque.
I don't want to purchase any other property now.
How much tax will have to pay on this accepted amount (12.00 lacs) ?
